iCRAFT partnered with Namo Infra to style three fully furnished luxury bungalows, helping transform completed homes into emotionally appealing, sale-ready spaces.

Project Overview

Client Namo Infra
Project Type Luxury Bungalow Styling
Location India
Scope Styling of 3 Fully Furnished Spec Homes

iCRAFT was approached by Architect Amit Sankhala to style three fully furnished bungalows developed by NAMO Infra, intended for sale. Although the bungalows were complete in terms of construction and furniture, they lacked décor accessories, making the spaces feel empty and uninviting, which impacted the builder’s ability to sell them at the desired price.

The Challenge

The challenge was to transform three identical, fully furnished bungalows that felt visually empty into warm and inviting spaces. Since there was no defined end buyer, the décor needed to be neutral yet personal, while still creating a strong visual impact within a fixed budget.

iCRAFT’s Styling
Approach

We conducted a site visit, closely studied the space, and documented the interiors through photos and videos. Based on the analysis, we developed a styling concept focused on enhancing warmth, visual interest, and emotional appeal—without overpowering the space.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Neutral yet premium décor suitable for a wide buyer audience
  • Enhancing warmth and balance without altering core interiors
  • Styling that complements architecture and furniture
  • Budget-aligned décor planning for builder projects

Execution Strategy

  • Every choice was made to help a buyer feel at home the moment they walked in.
  • We worked with a gold, white, and black colour palette, using gold as a soft accent to add quiet elegance without overwhelming the space. Décor pieces were selected not just to look good, but to be useful in daily life, so the home felt lived-in, not staged.
  • Elements like photo frames, platters, trays, and vases were added with flexibility in mind, allowing future homeowners to adapt the space to their own taste. Subtle touches such as diffusers and potpourri helped create a welcoming fragrance, adding to the overall experience.
  • Large, empty walls were thoughtfully finished with carefully chosen wall art, bringing balance and a sense of completeness to the interiors.

Result & Impact

Initially, Mr. Monish Gulecha, the builder, was hesitant as décor accessory styling was a new concept for him and iCRAFT was new in the market. We were given one bungalow to style as a pilot.

Key Insight

While décor accessories come at the final stage of styling, they play the most critical role in emotionally connecting buyers to a space, transforming a constructed property into a desirable home the moment they walk in.
